CBC Finance Ltd. is pleased to announce the signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between CBC Finance Ltd., a fully owned subsidiary of Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC, and Toyota Lanka (Private) Limited, held on September 26, 2025.
The signing ceremony was graced by senior officials including Mr. Delakshan Hettiarachchi (Senior Credit Specialist – CBC Finance), Mr. Rangana Shamil (Head of Business Development – CBC Finance), and Mr. Raveendra Ranasinghe (Senior Manager – Three-Wheelers/Motorcycles – CBC Finance). Representing Toyota Lanka were Mr. Ravi Opatha (General Manager – Sales), Mr. Suren De Silva (Deputy Manager – Marketing), Mr. Naotaka Takeda (Project Manager – Value Chain Business Development), along with other distinguished representatives.
